MACADAMIA NUT CRISPS

Preparation Time :
10 minutes

Cooking Time :
20 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  • Coarsely grind macadamia nuts.
  • Add this to the sugar butter mixture and mix it well.
  • Fold in the flour.
  • Spoon heaped tablespoons of the mixture onto a lightly greased baking or biscuit tray.
  • Flatten slightly with a fork and sprinkle each biscuit evenly with coconut.
  • Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 10-15 minutes or until lightly brown.
  • Allow biscuits to stand on the trays for about five minutes before removing to a wire rack.
  • Serve it. 

INGREDIENTS

  • 125 grams butter 
  • 50 gram fine sugar 
  • 30 grams macadamia nuts 
  • 75 gram plain flour 
  • 25 grams desiccated coconut
