GINGER PUDDING

Preparation Time :
10 minutes

Cooking Time :
20 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Beat butter, treacle and ginger.
  • Combine bicarbonate of soda and milk and add to above mixture.
  • Add the flour and mix it well.
  • Grease a pudding dish and transfer the marmalade.
  • Cover, cook on medium temperature for 5- 10 minutes.

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 tablespoons butter 
  • 1 tablespoons treacle
  • 1 teaspoon powdered ginger 
  • 100 ml warmed milk 
  • ½ teaspoon bicarbonate of soda 
  • 150 gram self raising flour
  • 2 tablespoons ginger marmalade
